The expectations is that the content of the course venue includes discussions and workshop of the following:

  • Issues that relate to Auditing, Auditors, and Programming Audits including process the application of the approach, Hazard Analysis, and issues regarding vertical and horizontal assessments and Preventive Controls;
  • Planning Audits | Taking the Process Approach;
  • Field Audit - Assessment Techniques regarding food safety (HACCP and HARPC non-intentional and intentional harm controls);
  • Post Assessment Auditing activities including conclusion and closing food safety audits;
  • Legal, Regulatory Requirements, Corporate Governance... e.g. 21 CFR 110, 117, 120, 123...and country equivalents;
  • Certification and Accreditation Protocols, myths and reality;
  • Understanding Integrity in Ethics.
