Agreement For Food Safety HACCP

This agreement is for organizations wishing to outsource good manufacturing practices (cGMPs - 21 CFR 110) for managing food safety in accordance with best management practices HACCP MS, ISO 22000, ISO 9001 | ISO 15161, for the small and medium size enterprise | organization. It is imperative to understand that while outsourcing these services the responsibility for implementing, maintaining and improving resides within the organization.

Through a Food Safety Service Agreement, we respond to questions that your organization may have to help you achieve and maintain HACCP requirements, as these relate to:

• Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Internationally Certified Professionals
• On-Site Training for personnel whose activities affect food safety (in various languages) including as determines Code of Federal Regulations (CFR),
• Conducting on-site reviews and assessment and reassessment of your organization's HACCP Plan, SSOPs and other Food Safety Systems requirements,
• Assisting in disputes resolution, noncompliance reports (NRs), and in other matters relating to food safety regulatory issues, and
• While laboratory work is the responsibility of your organization, assisting in food safety technical matters including pathogen reduction

• Periodical assessments and reviewing of the HACCP implementation
• Preparedness in advancing to FSMS ISO 22000:2005 and combining ISO 9001 with Reference to ISO 15161
• ISO/TS 22003 and ISO/IEC 17021
• Detailed Reporting including recommendations for improvement as to meet or exceed regulatory requirements,
• Reviewing, informing and updating on significant matters relating to regulatory requirements,
