Post - Bachelor Degree in food safety for individuals with a prior earned degree who wish to be prepared for certification and special qualifications as highly-competent professional. Universities in the European Union and North America are providing a 72-hour intensive program addressing the food supply chain defense and safety. This program is divided in learning - experience modules.

Module I - 16-hours duration

  • Interpretation of the Technical Specification HACCP MS (CODEX)
  • "PERM" BRS principles to prevent, reduce, eliminate, mitigate
  • Implementation of "Food Safety and Defense" initiatives

Module II - 16-hours duration

  • Workshop in HACCP | "Food Defense" [with CARVER + Shock (for C-TPAT) method]

Module III - 16-hours duration

  • Interpretation of FSMS ISO 22000 plus Documentation and Implementation

Module IV - 24-hours duration

  • Audit | Assessment Team Leader FSMS ISO 22000

The program provides the necessary competence to qualify and advance to certification as a professional in food safety, food quality and food protection within the food-supply-chain. You receive a unique serialized diploma - certificate.
